Q: The system does not work everytime the player shoots to the screen, you have to shoot several times before the system recognized it. What can I can do about it?
A: This usually means that there is too much ambient light changed in the area the system is setup in. In order to fix this please do your best to eliminate all unnecessary lighting and above all no sunlight. Sunlight makes it almost impossible to calibrate the LaserSniper Detector and use the system.
When you have eliminated all unnecessary lighting, right click on the LaserSniper driver icon which is located near your clock on the taskbar.
Adjust the sensitivity slider to a position that makes the system reacts at it's best. The sensitivity slider also has an automatic function, when you drag the slider to the plus and release it. The system will then search for the best position if possible.
Or for a full restore, click on 'Calibrate' to run the calibration program.

Q: I have a laptop and I cannot get the desktop image to display onto the projector screen.
A: 1) Ensure that the VGA connectors are securely fastened to both the laptop and the projector. Also verify that the VGA connector that is going to the projector is plugged into 'RGB 1'. The VGA connectors might be colored blue and will have thumb screws that can be tightened, finger tight is fine.
2) Now search for the function key on your laptop. The function key will be located differently for each laptop but should be marked with the letters 'Fn' and is usually in blue. For the most part the function key is normally located in the lower left hand corner. Once you have located the function key look for an icon of either a laptop or a monitor in blue, usually it is located on one of the 'F' keys, located above the horizontal numbers on the keyboard. Once you have located both the function key (Fn) and the other blue colored key press them at the same time. What this does is toggles between the different display modes of the laptop.
3) Keep cycling through the different options until the image is displayed.
